  • Starting Rate: $600 for smaller, one-off commissions
  • Minimum for Full Custom Projects: $1,000
  • Creative Direction Add-On: +$150 (includes mood boards, concept development, and overall visual direction)

Events

We specialize in full-service floral design for private gatherings, weddings, and branded worlds that crave atmosphere. All custom event work begins at a $600 minimum. Share your vision through our order form, and we’ll be in touch to conjure something unforgettable.

Sinister's Choice Arrangement

A sculptural, designer’s-choice piece built with whatever seasonal stems call to us that week. Moody, textural, and unapologetically dramatic. Comes in a vessel.

Floral Care & Quality Policy
Policies

At Sinister Botanica, we put so much love and intention into every arrangement. We work with fresh, delicate stems and a big part of their longevity comes down to how they’re cared for once they leave our hands.

Freshness Guarantee

With proper care, your florals should last at least 72 hours from pickup or delivery. If anything feels off, please reach out to @sinisterbotanica.com within 72 hours with photos and a quick description so we can take a look and help make it right.

Refunds & Resolutions

If there’s a confirmed quality issue, we’re happy to replace your arrangement with a fresh one. We don’t offer refunds, and we’re unable to replace pieces based on personal preferences, colors, or specific flower choices. All designs are Designer’s Choice, created with seasonal, interesting stems that are available that week - that creative flexibility is what allows our work to stay unique, textural, and true to our style.

Additional Policies
Lead Time

Larger installations require a minimum of 3 weeks so we can source materials and design something truly special.

Substitutions

If a flower swap is needed, we’ll always stay within chosen palette and overall vibe - never anything out of character.

Deposits

Event work and custom orders over $600 require a 50% retainer to reserve your date.

Payment

For local deliveries, we ask for full payment before delivery so everything can run smoothly!

Delivery Policy
Local Deliveries

While we’re primarily an event-focused floral studio, we do offer limited local deliveries within Miami on Fridays and Saturdays — perfect for gifting, surprising someone you adore, or treating yourself to a little beauty at home.

Every arrangement is made to order and designed in Sinister Botanica’s signature style: sculptural, whimsical, and just a touch strange.

If you’re planning to order $600+ in florals, we consider that an event or custom order. In those cases, we can often accommodate weekend deliveries and off-calendar dates, depending on availability.
