What is the delivery policy?
We offer limited local deliveries within Miami on Fridays and Saturdays— perfect for gifting or personal enjoyment. Each arrangement is made to order and reflects Sinister Botanica’s signature style: sculptural, whimsical and a little strange.
While we are mainly an event-focused floral studio, we offer local deliveries on Fridays and Saturdays within Miami-Dade and parts of Broward.
If you are planning to order more than $600 in flowers, we consider that an event or custom order and can often accommodate weekends and off-calendar delivery days.
Looking for something one-of-a-kind?
Whether for a photoshoot, home styling, or creative collaboration — we welcome custom commissions that fall outside traditional event work.

- Minimum for full custom projects: $600
- Creative Direction Add-On: +$150 (mood boards + concept development)

What are your policies?
Lead time: 48 hours for à la carte, one to two weeks for larger installs
Substitutions: Always within your chosen palette and style
Refunds: If any issue arises within 24 hours, contact us for a resolution or partial credit
Deposits: Events and customs over $600 require a 50 percent retainer to secure your date
